Booking Features

Baqara is the ONLY All-Inclusive Wedding Venue in Central Iowa. Until now, the perfect wedding was only speculation. With our All-Inclusive package, perfection is reality! All planning, coordinating, food, beverage, staffing and decorating is included with the All-Inclusive Package. Check out the specifics below!

Planning + Service

Wedding planner along with online planning software and timeline of the day
3-4 planning meetings to plan your entire event
Day of Coordinator the day of the event and rehearsal
1 hour rehearsal time the day prior with your coordinator
In house florist with all florals planned together
ALL set up, clean up and tear down of the event

Decor

Entire showroom of decor for your use for reception and ceremony
Navy, black or white linens included for all tables and choice of 6 table runners
Fresh floral bouquets, bouts and corsages arrangements through Baqara Floral included
Runners, chargers, china, silverware, napkins and glasses provided for the head-table
Chiavari chairs and tables included
ALL set up is included

Catering and Beverage Services

In house catering with day of lunch for wedding party, reception supper and dessert included.
Drink package included. Includes non-alcoholic options, domestic and craft beer options and a nice liquor selection.
Dessert and dessert setup along with any cake cutting included
Champagne for the head table and parents tables included.

Service & Staffing

Use of our outdoor ceremony space
2 nights in our Overnight Suite
Full service bar with trained bartending staff included.
Includes additional staff that tends to tables, restrooms, guest needs, etc.
Coordination with vendors and the day of coordinator the day of the event

Event Space

Inside, our rich, rustic indoor venue will make you feel at home. The focal point of the entire facility is our large, gorgeous outdoor ceremony space. Located just behind the building, this makes your day easy and convenient for you and your loved ones.

You have your choice of our completely paved Outdoor Pavilion for your ceremony or inside the building in front of our handmade Barndoors. Additional perks include:

Large outdoor patio with seating and lit up
Our 2 amazing suites used for preparation the day of your wedding. Our glamorous suite along with our dungeon suite come with with complimentary refreshments.
Access from 8am-12am
Fully air-conditioned and heated
Men and women restrooms with changing tables in both.
Our facility will accommodate up to 275 people seated for a reception. All setup and tear-down of your event is included.

All you have to do is show up and get ready for the day! Baqara is designed and coordinated to be easy and stress free so you and your family can enjoy the day together! It goes quickly!

Baqara Floral

Baqara Floral has exclusive rights to provide all fresh floral arrangements at our venue. Arrangements from others florists are not allowed.

Weddings and fresh flowers have been a specialty of Baqara Floral since 2013. Baqara has hosted over 400 weddings as well as provided floral for hundreds more weddings in the Des Moines area over 10 years of business. We have over 24 years of floral experience and are ready to help you in any way possible.

Our stunning and vibrant floral designs are always customized specifically for you. Our desire is to create an unexpected and one-of-a-kind look. Let us help you bring your ideas to life! We will create more than just floral arrangements. We will create a memory and deliver a feeling. We work with you to create your vision!

Overnight Suite

A Great Place To Stay

Our overnight suite is the perfect connected space to the bridal suite. Convenience and ease makes this an amazing inclusion in our package! This makes for the perfect Honeymoon Suite the night of the event. Another popular option is to use this overnight suite for the ladies the night prior. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedding and towels provided for 6 guests (you may have more ladies the night prior).
